Excellent, best steaks prime, AAA etc. Staff is so nice, all the workers on Saturday morning were lovely and helpful. Very clean and great selection. 10/10 recommend!
This is my favorite butcher bar none. Always friendly, reasonable prices for the amazing beef and pork. Incredible variety of in house made sausage. recommend.

Incredible butcher shop, Ribeyes, Tomahawks, sausage, and smoked kielbasa are all next level! It’s a great spot to avoid the grocery stores and support local.
I would highly recommend the fully cooked smoked beef brisket, I tried many a times to make a good brisket, never again. When in store I recommend purchasing and even freezing a bunch. Heat on a secondary rack over beer for 45 min at 350 tin foil and just be amazed!!
My experience has been incredibly disappointing to say the least and I waited to post.this review so I allowed all opportunity. My hubby and I drove down there back in Sept 2024 as word of mouth had us wanting to try their meat, we yave been looking for somewhere to purchase a large quantity of meat since our butcher of many yrs retired. Which brings us to driving there from Hamilton mountain. We drove down and right away choose a few items to try and inquired to a young girl about questions on a bulk order, that's when she got Chris. Obviously very busy we spoke a cpl mins and we were given a card with his info to ask further questions or package inquiries. Sept 28th i sent an email..after many months ( Dec 20th ro be exact) of no response I finally mentioned this on FB and that very day got a response citing his original response was "stuck in his outbox" I understand things happen and accepted this response and apology. The next day I sent an email on exactly what we wanted, including half cow plus some extras. I asked it deposit was needed and i was willing to.pay by e transfer or any credit card to accommodate. Again no response. No response to this day. I'm a person who makes excuses so thought due.to the busy holiday season it would take a little longer but now sitting here Jan 12th I still have no response. I'm incredibly disappointed in the overall CS offered. We were given a card with an email for communication and if you're too busy.to respond at minimum day so. This is not how I want.to do business. The 1 star given is for the meat, which the items we tried were tasty and good cuts. I feel I gave benefit of the doubt before posting this considering the initial email was sent Sept 28 of 2024. So I'm not sure this is someone I'd want.to give thousands of dollars to when I can't even get a response to an email.
Had an amazing first experience visiting this place! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection was excellent. The sausages were absolutely incredible! Can't wait to try all the other products they offer. Highly recommend!
